*The number of places for the conference dinner is limited, tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

¹Student ID or certificate should be uploaded during the registration process and provided at the conference check-in desk.

²For non-presenting authors only (unless prior arrangements have been made with the organizers). Authors need complete their meeting registration and pay fees by 15 April 2022. Late payment may result in the abstract not being included in the conference program and any other publications printed for distribution at the conference.

³Accompanying person registration must be purchased with a standard registration and is limited to family members of the primary registered person. Includes access to exhibits, coffee/tea breaks and lunches.

Available payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, and Bank Transfer (if you choose "Bank Transfer", please add a minimum of €30 for bank service charges).

*Bank Wire Transfer and other related fees have to be paid by the registrant (please verify carefully during the Wire Transfer payment that all costs are charged to you).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds less a 5% processing fee will be given for cancellations received in writing to contact@aesconference.org prior to April 28, 2022. Following this date, no refunds will be given, you may send an alternate to the event without additional charge.
