Single occupancy (breakfast included): €115

Double occupancy (breakfast included): €129

Hotel reservation procedure

To book your room please fill the form below. A payment link will be sent to you shortly thereafter by email, you will then be able to make payment via the indicated methods. The only way to access the special AES reduced rate is through our special reservation form below (and not through the regular hotel website).

Reservations should be made as soon as possible as the hotel will likely sell out early (high season in Marrakesh starts in May).

You can also book your transfers from airport to hotel on the registration page (if you arrive to Casablanca you may take a domestic flight to Marrakesh, take the train, or order a Casablanca - Marrakesh transfer).

Check-In/Check-Out Times

Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time, however, rooms may not be immediately available. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds less a 5% processing fee will be given for cancellations received in writing to contact@aesconference.org prior to April 28, 2022. Following this date, no refunds will be given, you may send an alternate to the event without additional charge.
