Full-papers Submission Deadline 

All accepted papers (lectures and posters) at AES 2022 will be published in the conference Proceedings (extended version, if submitted before the deadline, or abstract). The Proceedings will have an ISBN number.

Full-length paper preparation

All authors with accepted papers (lectures and posters) at AES 2022 are invited to submit an extended version of their paper for theconference proceedings. Submitting a full paper is not mandatory but is highly recommended.

All presented papers at AES 2022 will have the opportunity for consideration for the Special Journal Issue associated with the meeting (the details are provded below).

The full papers should be written in English, and should be prepared with the following conference templates

Paper Preparation

  • Do Not Include any additional headers, footers.
  • Do Not Use Symbols, Special Characters, or Math in Paper Title .
  • Please note that no additional content editing will be performed after submission has been completed.

Paper Format

  • For authors who choose to use Microsoft Word, a template can be downloaded here.

  • For preparing the paper using LaTEX, a template can be downloaded here.

  • It is best to start writing your paper by entering the text into the template, to make sure that all formatting is correct.
  • The information on page layout and formatting can be found in the templatessss.

All presented papers at AES 2022 will have opportunities for consideration (at no additional cost) for the Special Issue with the journal Advanced Electromagnetics:
